Gohan’s master, one of Goku’s greatest rivals, and the most powerful Namekian in history, Piccolo is one of the strongest characters in the Dragon Ball franchise. While he ends up surpassed by the Saiyans in several timelines, Piccolo has some incredibly powerful variants across the multiverse, especially now that he’s unlocked Orange Piccolo in Dragon Ball Super and risen to God level tiers of power.
No matter the timeline, Piccolo is always training to surpass his limits and keep up with the Saiyans. Piccolo never reaches the same levels of outright brokenness or hax as CC Goku or CC Vegeta, but he’s no slouch. The strongest versions of Piccolo throughout the multiverse can keep up with God Tier Dragon Ball characters lesser fighters would never be able to match.
Dragon Ball Super: Goku’s Greatest Rivals Officially Surpass Ultra Instinct
Goku is going to be stronger than ever once Dragon Ball Super 2 airs, but it won’t take long for his two greatest rivals to catch up and surpass UI.

Demon King Piccolo Only Had a Power Level of 260
Dragon Ball
Demon King Piccolo is both Piccolo’s father and his original body, reincarnating into Piccolo Jr. after Kid Goku kills him at the end of the Piccolo Daimao Saga. According to guide books, Demon King Piccolo had a Power Level of 260 at the time of his death, which was evenly matched by Goku after drinking the Ultra Divine Water.
In the grand scheme of things, Demon King Piccolo is extremely weak – especially compared to the Nameless Namekian he split off from. At the time of his introduction, though, King Piccolo was the single strongest and dangerous enemy Goku had ever faced in Dragon Ball. King Piccolo stops Goku’s heart, kills Chiatozu and Shenron, and is responsible for Master Roshi’s death.

Kami Could Have Defeated King Piccolo Himself
Dragon Ball & Dragon Ball Z
Kami is the good half of Piccolo and the God of Earth. When Kid Goku first meets Kami, Kami effortlessly flicks Goku away like he’s nothing and outright says he could have easily defeated King Piccolo himself, but was not able to fight someone who was himself. Kami trains Goku alongside Mr. Popo for the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, before joining the tournament under the alias “Shen.”
Although Kami was powerful upon being introduced in the original Dragon Ball, he’s very quickly outclassed by both Goku and Piccolo Jr. by the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament. At most, Kami was stronger than the rest of the Earthlings during the tournament, but was still too weak to actually stop Piccolo. By the Saiyan Saga, Kami is hopelessly outclassed by all of Earth’s greatest fighters.

The Nameless Namekian Was Piccolo’s Powerful Original Form
Dragon Ball Manga & Dragon Ball Z
The Nameless Namekian was Piccolo’s original form in Dragon Ball‘s backstory. To become the God of Earth, the Nameless Namekian was forced to expel the evil from his body, becoming Kami, but creating Demon King Piccolo in the process. The Nameless Namekian was one of the strongest Namekians in existence. Nail believes that the Nameless Namekian could have defeated Frieza, while Guru says that the Nameless Namekian was a prodigy stronger than any Saiyan.
These claims are backed up by the canon timeline, when Piccolo fuses with Kami to become a Super Namekian. Super Namekian Piccolo’s power boost is so high, he becomes strong enough to rival Android 17 in power. If the Nameless Namekian never split in two, he would have been able to defeat all the Saiyans and every member of the Frieza Force during the first half of Dragon Ball Z with little to no effort. The only characters strong enough to give him a real fight would have been the Androids.

DAIMA Piccolo is Stuck at His Buu Saga Power Level
Dragon Ball DAIMA
Unless Dragon Ball Super: Beerus makes Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta canon, Dragon Ball DAIMA is set in an alternate timeline from Dragon Ball Super. Dragon Ball DAIMA takes place one year after the events of the Majin Buu Saga. When Goku and his friends are turned into children by the Demon King Gomah, they travel to the Demon Realm to collect the three Demon Dragon Balls and turn themselves back into adults.
Piccolo ends up joining Vegeta and Bulma on their delayed journey to the Demon Realm. In his mini form, Piccolo is weaker than he was at the end of Dragon Ball Z. When he gets his body back, Piccolo is strong enough to help out in major fights, but is nowhere close to matching Goku and Vegeta’s strongest forms. At best, DAIMA Piccolo is only slightly stronger than he was at the end of the Dragon Ball Z anime and Toriyama’s Dragon Ball manga.

Majin Piccolo is Far Stronger Than Piccolo at the End of Z
Supersonic Warriors 2, Tenkaichi Tag Team, and Shin Budokai – Another Road –
Majin Piccolo is a What If character who appears in several Dragon Ball Z video games. In these timelines, Babidi hones in on the evil inside of Piccolo’s heart instead of Vegeta, turning Piccolo into his Majin warrior. At his weakest, Majin Piccolo gains enough power to rival Super Saiyan 2 Goku – which is essentially the exact same power boost Majin Vegeta gets in the canon Dragon Ball timeline.
At his strongest, Majin Piccolo becomes powerful enough to beat Fat Buu himself, putting him on par with Super Saiyan 3 Goku. Majin Piccolo makes appearances in Supersonic Warriors 2, Tenkaichi Tag Team, and Shin Budokai – Another Road –. By becoming a Majin, Piccolo is reduced to a Demon Clansman, expelling the good from his body again and making it so anyone he kills fails to pass onto the Otherworld.

Dragon Ball Super 2 is Officially Introducing the Ultimate Ultra Instinct Form
Goku will unlock the most ultimate version of Ultra Instinct in Dragon Ball Super 2, bringing him one step closer to the Angels and Gods.

Namekian in Black Comes From a Timeline Where Only Piccolo Survived the Fight With Frieza
Super Dragon Ball Heroes
The Namekian in Black is one of Aeos’ Warriors in Black from Super Dragon Ball Heroes. The Namekian in Black is a version of Piccolo from a timeline where Goku failed to defeat Frieza on Namek. In the Namekian in Black’s timeline, Gohan, Krillin, and Goku all die during the fight with Frieza, leaving Piccolo as the sole survivor. This version of Piccolo also fused with Nail, but is implied to be much stronger than his DBZ counterpart, as he fought Frieza alongside Goku.
After failing to beat Frieza, Piccolo somehow survives and is recruited into the Warriors of Black by Aeos, becoming the Namekian in Black. The Namekian in Black is powerful enough to keep up with both Piccolo and Super Saiyan Gohan from Dragon Ball Super, making him much stronger than his DBZ counterpart. The Namekian in Black also helps defeat Gravy, one of the Dark Demon Realm’s most powerful wizards.

GT Piccolo is Stronger Than Every Single Villain in DBZ & Early GT
Dragon Ball GT
Dragon Ball GT ‘s power scaling is frankly out of control. Goku is so much stronger than he has any right being, especially since he spends most of the series in his child body. Piccolo doesn’t do any major training in DBGT, and ends up dying during the Baby Saga, but it’s heavily implied he’s much stronger than meets the eye. After dying, Piccolo goes to Hell and essentially becomes the warden and guardian of the underworld, keeping former villains in check.
In Toei’s anime continuity, everyone keeps their bodies when they die and Hell is infested with the series’ strongest villains, including Frieza, Super Perfect Cell, Rildo, and Hell Fighter 17. For Piccolo’s role to make sense, he has to be more powerful than every single villain who dies in the series. Both Rildo and Hell Fighter 17 are stronger than Majin Buu was at the end of Dragon Ball Z, so GT Piccolo is more powerful than virtually every single villain up to that point.

Canon Piccolo is as Strong as Ultra Instinct Goku & Ultra Ego Vegeta
Dragon Ball & Dragon Ball Super Manga
Piccolo is one of the only Dragon Ball characters whose strongest version actually comes from the main timeline. As of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Piccolo is now the strongest he’s ever been across the entire multiverse. Not only did Shenron unlock Piccolo’s Ultimate potential, he threw in an added “bonus,” which elevated Piccolo to a level comparable to Dragon Ball‘s strongest God-Tier characters. Akira Toriyama confirmed that Orange Piccolo is a transformation that rivals Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku.
Toyotarou, the Dragon Ball Super manga’s artist and writer, has also doubled down on this idea, but placing Orange Piccolo in the same tier of power as PUI Goku, Ultra Ego Vegeta, Gohan Beast, and Legendary Super Saiyan Broly. This means that Piccolo is one of the only characters in the franchise who can actually rival Black Frieza. At full power, Orange Piccolo could easily destroy any other version of Piccolo in the multiverse. No one comes remotely close to matching him.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
